- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All of our pricing is upfront no hidden fees when we give you a quote will list any additional services you might be interested in and the cost as well so you have everything to make a decision.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We make contact and setup the appointment with them and when we show up we use a 17 step process from start and finish to ensure that the customers experience is a good one as well as the quality of work provided.
