- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Always flexible and negotiable. I charge based on what we do. I will never over charge nor under charge. But I do give discounts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First introduce myself through the phone. Schedule a walk through. Meet in person. Tell them about myself and who works for me. Then give proof of insurance and OSHA certification. Talk about what services we provide. Ask what other service we could give to better service individuals. Negotiate. Come to an agreement. Start cleaning.
