My experience with Mr. Lawrence has been nothing less than outstanding. We called him after having a shady experience with another technician the day before. Mr. Lawrence was extremely knowledgeable, displayed great customer service with kindness and understanding as well as his trustworthiness. He was there exactly when he said that he was going to be and was honest about everything. I trust his judgement because he has proven far and beyond that helping the customer is what's important. I felt like his prices were extremely reasonable and that he made sure my family understood exactly what was going on and what to expect. Outstanding service! My AC unit was freezing over and simply not working. I submitted a request on Thumbtack on Sunday of Memorial Day weekend, not expecting any kind of a response until Tuesday since it was a holiday weekend. Within an hour of submitting the request, Erwin contacted me and was available to come out THAT SAME DAY. Erwin arrived on time, was extremely professional, assessed the issue, explained everything, and explained my different options. He went over the pros and cons of each option (quick fix, recommended fix, and worst case scenario) and never once pressured me to opt for anything I couldn't afford. We set up my appointment for first thing Tuesday morning since he needed the parts, but did a quick fix for me to get us through the weekend. They arrived on time Tuesday morning, explained everything they were doing, and we're very professional and personable. My AC system is working like new. I've definitely found my new AC serviceman and cannot recommend his services enough.
