I had the best and freshest BLT from Cloud9 Catering! You probably do not think much of a BLT, I didn't not until I had one from the hands of Chef Justin. He makes the simplest things gourmet. His creativity with flavors and presentation is out of this world. Seriously, try him out you will literally be floating on Cloud9.
