Introduction: I'm a yoga instructor with a doctorate in physical therapy; a combination that allows me to safely work around and within any limitations or injuries. I love to come up with unique and creative flows that meet the needs of my students.
Yoga is my fun time, I can wake up cranky and tired and after flowing through some yoga have my whole day turned around. I feel like I get more out of teaching yoga than my students, I love it so much!!
