Crystal is an extremely knowledgeable trainer! We had a very in-depth initial meeting to get my history, my goals, and an assessment of my current fitness level. She took all that information and developed a plan just for me. Our time in the gym was informative and efficient. She ensured I maintained proper form, stayed motivated and we adapted the initial fitness plan as my needs changed. I highly and confidently recommend Crystal!
