Removal of an old 24 ft. boat on a trailer with a broken axle. The crew was friendly and cut the boat into small pieces and hauled it off the next day. They worked hard and joked and smiled as they worked.
Christopher had listened to my situation and was aware that I had hired another company and two men showed up, broke a bunch of glass, cut off the top of the boat, and then just left because it was more work than they had expected, leaving me with a huge mess on my neighbor's property. Christopher personally checked with me on how I thought his people were doing throughout the process.
Good customer service and happy workers willing to do hard work is what I experienced.

Run! Horrible experience!! Chris Neal & Murphy - bad guys...
They showed up more than 5 1/2 hrs late. It was supposed to take 3-4 Hrs to move a normal
2 bedroom apartment, as it was only 5-6 blocks away. It told them 12 hours!!!
12 HOUR move?!?! HELL. Explained what needed to move - Chris Neal said 3-4 Hrs should be good. It was only 5-6 blocks down the Street!
Then they tried to up charge me fur Gas after we agreed on $80 per hour & 4 hrs tops! Then they said only 10 hrs then 8 hrs. I'm sorry, but they took 3 trips bc there truck was so small & broken. The lights didn't work moving at nighttime bc they were 5 1/2 hrs late!
They lost a valuable painting left on street all night! & my iMac computer is missing!!!

I do apologize for being late. The move before you was much bigger than planned. On the other hand you was very disrespectful from the beginning. The men work 12 plus hours for you and you never paid for your move. The check you wrote had a stop payment. I will never do business with a scam artist. And nothing good came from doing business with you. Thank you for the blessing and lesson.
