- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Classes and walking/sitting have standard rates, grooming is based on what service is needed as well as coat condition.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A phone call or email to determine the dog's sitting, walking, training, or grooming needs is generally the first step. Once we've determined how I can help we can get something scheduled!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been training dogs for almost 10 years now, after graduating with honors from Animal Behavior College. I started grooming in Dec of 2016, after completing a grooming program at Bingo Institute of Grooming
