- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Whenever we are connected with a new customer we immediately check our calendar to see if we are available for the date of their event. After we confirm that we have availability we ask them to describe their event, and to describe what they are looking for in a photo booth company. If we discover that their needs and our abilities align we reserve the clients date for a small deposit. From there we work with the client to create custom templates and photo strips that are unique for their event, and plan every little detail to make sure that the photo booth experience we provide is seamless and enjoyable.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a digital marketing consultant, and have been doing web design for four years. My extensive experience in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator allow me to completely customize the photo booth experience for my clients.
