- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each client has different needs. Events by D. Nicole is more focused on building the best package for you based on your event.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We are always thrilled to have new clients reach out to us. We typically start with a phone call to briefly discuss what the client is looking for. Then we schedule a face-to-face meeting to figure out next steps, which usually consists of event details and contract signing. From there our dedicated team begins to craft the perfect event for you!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As Creative Director/Lead Designer, I have 10 years of corporate event planning experience. I also have spent several years planning personal events outside of corporate. Birthday parties, weddings, baby showers, etc...I've planned it all.
