I had water get into my nicely finished basement and was recommended to contact Jerry Monaco from Water Fire Mold company and Im glad I did and so will you if you need a knowledgeable, professional and compassionate person to deal with your problem. Where theres water there is probably mold as well as was the case with me. They take care of everything trash, water and midigation. My wife has sensitivity to oders dust etc and Jerry came up with a spray with no oder and added more plastic doorways to block dust getting into the upstairs. Insurance did not cover anything so Jerry was able to keep the cost reasonable.Thanks Jerry and crew for making a difficult situation more tolerable. Id recommend Water Fire Mold Company to anyone.

Jerry came all the way out to our house after we had massive flooding in our basement and were in a sheer panic. He was all the way out in Salem and took time out of his day to drive to our house over an hour away, knowing that we had been denied insurance and were pretty sure to not have enough money to pay for his services right now. He came out and offered his expertise and advice freely and without expecting any money in return. It was apparent he was not trying to take advantage of an already very difficult situation, and really wanted to help. I cannot say enough good things about this gentleman, he truly is in business to help others. I would not hesitate to use him for any issues in the future. He seems very trustworthy and just is very kind and patient. Jerry should be your first call in an emergency like ours!

When I woke up to it raining in my kitchen because a pipe burst upstairs. I didnt know what to do. I had never been in that position before. I grabbed a few towels and laughed. I needed professional help. I called WFM, Jerry and team were at my place ASAP on a SUNDAY MORNING. Talk about scrambling the team! Jerry introduced himself, his team, and they got into it. Reviewing the damage, what machines were needed, a PLAN of ACTION. Jerry went over everything with me step by step and any questions I had were answered 100%. They performed all required work and endured long days to ensure my house was dry. (Sorry about the mouse nest)To this day Jerry and team still follow up with me and how everything is going...How they can help...any questions? Etc etc. Thats true customer service As someone who worked in retail for 9+ years, I know what exceptional customer service sounds, looks and feels like. WFM embodies this quality. Truly recommending these guys!

I had a very bad leak from a toilet in my upstairs bathroom. I called Rotor rooter but they left and didn't come back in time. I saw Water Fire Mold in traffic, I called the number on the van and wouldn't you know it I got the owner immediately. They stopped and came to my home with no delay. Water Fire Mold started the job instantly and communicated with my insurance company. Roto rooter showed back up and I told them to leave and go fix some drains as they didn't know how to perform restoration work. They even left the toilet leaking upstairs but Water Fire Mold had another plumber on site in 30 minutes!!Water Fire Mold found all of the damage stopped it from getting worse and performed the work on a weekend as I work during the week. Everyone from the company was super nice and I trusted them.. There is something about having the owner of the company on site daily and doing the work that makes me trust them even more... I doubt I would have gotten that from any other restoration/ water damage company.. I really cannot say enough about this company, if you have any Water Fire Mold damage you need to call these guys, the proof is in the work and the people! I don't often write reviews but I had to for this company!Thanks you so much for the help you get 100 start if I could!

I highly recommend Water Fire and Mold because I have never experienced such great customer service in the past. From the first day when Jerry came to our home I could automatically tell that he understood our situation. He was sympathetic and treated it as though it was his own home. He was able to explain the process step by step and didn't make me feel like a burden for asking questions. I was impressed by the quality of their work and the knowledge that Jerry expressed while guiding us through this process. It is not an easy process to go through but they always made us feel at ease from the initial inspection to the end. It never felt as if they were there only for a paycheck, they truly care.

First thing is to listen and learn from the customer on the scope of damages or work needed in their home or business. Once we have a good idea as to the services needed we explain the process were looking to do and confirm everyone is in agreement. Proper follow up schedules are set before anyone leaves and contact calls are made before each scheduled follow up.
