- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First thing is to listen and learn from the customer on the scope of damages or work needed in their home or business. Once we have a good idea as to the services needed we explain the process were looking to do and confirm everyone is in agreement. Proper follow up schedules are set before anyone leaves and contact calls are made before each scheduled follow up.
