Our centipede grass had over a period of years gotten worse and worse looking, even to the point we thought re-sodding might be necessary. We had a major problem with excess thatch.
Kevin used a plug aerator machine with hollow tines to plunge into the ground and pull out plugs from the soil. This allowed surface air to reach the subsurface soil, and more water was also able to penetrate into the soil beneath.
That and his schedule of chemical applications have turned our lawn around completely. The bare spots have slowly filled in with strong new grass and re-sodding those spots was not required.
He also pruned shrubs as necessary and applied necessary treatments for pests and mold.
The yard has never looked so good, even as winter is upon us.
Kevin has a extensive knowledge of plants, shrubbery and lawn varieties, as well as the care required for this area and the varieties that perform well and endure.
