I had the pleasure of hearing Mr. Jacobs speak at a YMCA fundraising event. It was overall an impactful experience. Mr. Jacobs did a wonderful job of weaving his personal experiences into the theme of the event allowing the audience members to connect on an individual level in their own personal way. It was evident that he is passionate about helping others and building his community!

Mr. Jacobs is one of the best, if not THE best speaker I've ever heard. His story is inspirational and the manner in which he delivers it always gives me goosebumps and teary eyed. The man not only knows how to pluck at people's heart strings, but he also knows how to motivate people into taking action, whether it's volunteering to help others, or to open wallets and donate.

Trayvond Jacobs has been very instrumental in my academic and educational career in high school. I have learned a tremendous amount from him as the Director of the Youth & Government program at the YMCA. He has always encouraged me to "go for it" and to always do my very best as a student and still to this day as an adult. I am very fortunate to know such an inspirational person who always wants the best for me and will help me to get there, no matter what. Thanks for everything Tray!
