Suzie is fantastic! She is not pushy however she gets the job done. She gave my wife and I plenty of space when we needed it. She went out of her way numerous times for us. She would meet us on short notice and really made our home buying process a breeze! I will use Suzie for all my future home purchases as well!

Suzie helped us find a very nice house for a reasonable price in a tough market. It's already worth more than $10,000 more than we paid for it! Not sure if any other real estate agent would have helped us this much.

FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    I do not have necessarily a standard, however, the standard for most real estate agents for listing a home is 6%, but that is always negotiable. As far as working with buyers, there is NO fee, as the seller pays my commission.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    I typically like to sit down with my clients and go over the entire process and guidelines of buying a home. Making sure first they get preapproved from a lender so we both know what they can qualify for and only look at homes in that price range. I educate and walk my clients through the entire transaction process.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I started off with being a mortgage processor in the 1980's, and then adm. asst. for a realtor part-time. I have been with Keller Williams for 5 years and they offer an unbelievable amount of classes and education that I had the privilege of learning most of my real estate knowledge. Have been to multiple classes, seminars and webinars. I am a people person and love serving and helping people make one of the most important and biggest decisions in their real estate life. Whether it's their first time or 10th time in dealing with a real estate transaction, I offer the same professional services as with a 1st time home buyer. LOVE my job and developing great relationships along the way for a lifetime!
