Introduction: Handy Dan's HandyMan Service is just that...it me (Dan) providing others with many around the house services that I do for my own family and friends. I charge less than a "Pro" would/does and if I see a project that I cannot do, I'll let you know right away it's better suited for a Professional in that trade. Some of the services I can provide, these are the things a "handy person" can get done if they had the right tools and can read instructions or have done the job a few times before: - TV mounting - furniture assembly - Ceiling fan installation, if a light was there prior - light installation, if a light was there prior - microwave installation - sealing/calking showers, sinks & tubs - Door Rehanging - gutter cleaning - X mas light hanging - Weed Eating / lawn mowing / shrub trimming - some tree removal - fence fixing / fence installation - help with a move - move heavy furniture - installation of a shed / chicken coup / kids play structure - the list of other projects I can complete is lengthy. If I bid on your project, I can complete it. I do projects by the hour and for a set price to cover the complete job. Just know that project based projects with a set price versus by the hour allows me to do the best I can and not worry about you and me watching the clock.
