- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When we begin to communicate, I will send you a flyer with all the details and pricing. However, we do charge an additional fee if the event is further then our 30 mile radius.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Greeting first. I normally just try to listen to my customer and see exactly what their needs are and type of event. From that point, just keep the communication lines open until the date of the event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are Certified bartenders. Have been in the party scene for 5 years now. We are also updated with an L.E.A.D class through the ABC. Which is a liquor awareness course. We are also legitimately licensed through the city of Fontana, ca.
