When I had met the Biggs Reimer team I had been looking to buy a home for almost 2 years, with no luck. I was told by one team that I had to wait another year because the V.A. wouldn't approve my loan. After talking to the V.A. they told me nothing was submitted and to talk to another lender. The New lender told me they could definitely get approved.... for up to 120k. I gave up. I wasn't about to buy something I wouldn't let my dog live in. We were ready to rent for another year. I met Ed and Dianne and explained to them my situation. within 30 days they they had found me the perfect home, and I am not easy to please. Got me approved and closed on my home. We still talk all of the time. A GREAT team that truly cares. not just for the sale but afterwards also.
