- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My first priority is quality work, so if a project can be completed within a reasonable timeframe, I charge only for the first hour; however, if the project will likely exceed 2-3 hours, I typically charge a flat rate. This ensures the customer gets quality work on both large and small projects without the worry of per hour charges.

Offer help, free estimates, and arrange work around customer's schedule.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 25 years of maintenance and handyman experience.
