- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All of our pricing posted on our website. We also offer custom systems that we measure and price on site to ensure you get exactly what you want at a fair price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our first consultation with a customer will cover what we offer, and what the customer is looking for. After the customer decides on the services they need we provide an upfront quote, explain all warranties and answer any question.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our technicians are factory trained, NATE certified and have experience with all brands. We make sure to keep our technicians up to speed with all current factory training courses avaliabe.
