Introduction: I provide coaching for people wanting to regain their sense of purpose and passion within their career and reset their work-life balance. Working together will be thought-provoking, inspiring and goal-driven. I have been through a similar journey, having risen quickly to a Senior Director level within advertising but burning out and having to relearn how to work effectively and nurture my wellbeing and that of my team. Therefore, I am able to combine the skills and tools from my coaching education with the empathy and understanding that comes from first-hand experience. I am extremely committed to helping clients succeed and mentor every step of the way; from uncovering clients' true aspirations and goals; to exploring personality traits and challenges; through to teaching how to form new behavior patterns and routine. Clients will learn techniques they can use to be successful throughout their lives, whichever path they take. I am inspired every day by working with ambitious and talented people and it's an honor to be a part of their journey. Most of all, I love being able to help individuals realize their full potential and excel in their career - while being healthy and happy.

I have had a series of five sessions with Pressing Escape that have allowed me to develop my personal work as an artist, moving away from the commercial art work I currently do. Weekly conversations with Katie have allowed me to reflect on what it is I deem important within my working practice and have helped apply these principals in my work. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer the first introductory call for free. My fee is then $50 per hour or $190 monthly which includes a weekly 1-hour session over the phone or video chat and up to 4 10-minute check-in calls if needed.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first have a one-hour introductory call to get to know one another. We'll discuss your goals, challenges you've faced to date and your expectations for our partnership. We can then collaboratively draft our coaching agreement and timeline.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have trained at the Institute For Wellness Education, as well as having over 5 years of experience in mentoring and coaching a professional team to fulfill their potential and succeed in their career aspirations.
