- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No, each job is dealt with individually. Some people want a quick inexpensive , yet quality, job for a rental property and some want a high quality painting job using the best paints available for their home. Everyone has a different priority for the work they want done. No matter the price of the product I use for a job the quality of applying the product is always there.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At first I like to assure the customer that whatever I do they will be very satisfied. I make sure they understand that I will take care of their property like it was my own. I'm referring to their personal items that may have to be moved for me to accomplish my job for them. And that all items will be replaced to their original place when I'm done. I'm clean and neat and work alone.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked my way up through the painting business at the age of 25. I learned wallpapering from an " old timer" that had been papering for 40 years. There's nothing like learning from an old pro
