- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Remodeling work is always going to vary based on customer needs. Our pricing will always consider a few standards. Those are: What is the level of design? Is it standard items or a higher end custom feel? Do we provide all design elements based on our expertise, or does the customer know exactly the colors, finishes and hardware? How soon do they want the job finished?
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
970 Renovations will always offer a free consultation for your projects. We will estimate materials and labor individually to help understand what our cost are. We work with two different cabinet supply companies to offer you a wide variety of options. We can beat box store prices on entry level cabinets all the way through ultra-custom high end finishes.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We both hold business management degrees with our working backgrounds in maintenance, construction, and remodeling. Over 12 years experience.
