I have bought a good number of houses in my life and the purchase of an investment property with Travis was by far the easiest one I have ever done. He took the time to find out exactly what I was looking for so he could find me houses I might like. I only looked at 2 that he came up with and one was THE ONE!. He knew the area and what I needed to do in this competitive market to get my offer accepted. I got the first one I tried on accepted thanks to his ideas. He kept me updated every step of the way before I even had a chance to wonder about it. He is the first realtor I've had who scheduled some of the things for me, such as an inspector to come in. I felt he had my best interest at heart and not just a "sale". Even now over a year after the sale, he contacts me via email with ideas, home hints, reminders of things to do at that time of year with the property. He even did research and found I might be able to dispute my rise in property value, thus keeping my taxes from raising too much and he was right.....I appealed with his help and won! I would recommend Travis to anyone of any age or whatever type of property you are looking for or want to list to sell.
