FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I use a sliding scale in my practice so that I can best meet the needs of all types of different people. My fee is $100 per 50-minute sessions. For couples, I find we get the most done in fewer sessions if we meet for 90-minutes, which is $145. I also offer a free phone consultation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I completed my M.S. in Marriage and Family Therapy from Colorado State University in 2017 and my B.A. in Psychology, International Studies, and French from University of Oregon. I am level-2 PACT (psychobiological approach to couples therapy) trained, level-2 Gottman Method, and MBSR certified.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I am a therapist because I think every person deserves happiness, connection, and intimacy. Relationships are the source of our greatest euphoria and greatest despair, and I seek to help couples re-discover balance and true engagement. I love being a therapist because I get to help people discover joy in their partners and in themselves.
