Charlotte, did a lot of research outside of our sessions for material that I could take home with me to practice. She cares for all of her clients deeply and really made me feel heard when talking through my issues.Sep 24, 2018
We worked with Charlotte to complete our pre-marital counseling. She was great to work with. She made both of us feel comfortable and did a good job facilitating our conversations and asking good questions. She was very professional and even recommended other resources to check out. I would highly recommend working with Charlotte if you are looking for a counselor.Feb 13, 2018
We met with Charlotte to just get some help dealing with a bunch of changes (both good and bad) we were experiencing in our lives. She guided us through several sessions and helped us learn to "sit in discomfort" and not feel the weight of our anxieties. After every session we felt lighter and energized and cannot recommend her enough.Jan 23, 2018

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I use a sliding scale in my practice so that I can best meet the needs of all types of different people. My base fee is $90 per 50-minute sessions, and I have a few number of appointments between $70-$90. I also offer a free phone consultation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I completed my M.S. in Marriage and Family Therapy from Colorado State University in 2017 and my B.A. in Psychology and International Studies from University of Oregon. I am currently working on my Ph.D. in Applied Developmental Science. I am level-1 PACT (psychobiological approach to couples therapy) trained, level-2 Gottman Method, and MBSR certified.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?I am a therapist because I think every person deserves happiness, connection, and intimacy. Relationships are the source of our greatest euphoria and greatest despair, and I seek to help couples re-discover balance and true engagement. I love being a therapist because I get to help people discover joy in their partners and in themselves.
