- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing based on different variables. Material used, pattern/layout, square footage, project (i.e; shower, floor, tub surround, etc.). 15% discount for Veterans. Free On-Site estimates. Thinset/Grout included in price. Trip Charges of $50 if location is over 40 miles away.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
From the ground up. Starting from the first handshake on day one we devote ourselves to giving top quality service. We get the job done with one thing in mind, customer satisfaction. Meaning, we communicate from the very start. Down to every last detail we ensure you sign off with a smile.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Besides having a multitude of customer service jobs, Ive recieved training from a 35 year vet of the trade for the past 5 years who also happens to be my dad and owns Red Feather Ltd. which is A+ with the BBB and has won multiple Home Advisor awards.
