I hired this company for a deep cleaning, and they were able to accommodate my request to get me in within 2 days. I requested bleach be used in the bathrooms and kitchen- which caused the cleaner to have an allergic reaction and leave without finishing to my expectations. I contacted the owner to discuss adjusting payment, and she insisted that I received the 2.5 hrs of cleaning for free due to the inconvenience. I am satisfied with the basic cleaning I received, and also with the owner’s willingness to remedy the situation. It is my personal opinion that a company’s commitment to customer service is equally as important as the product they are selling.
