Work Comp case for a 32 Year old. male. Semi Rollover due to uneven loading, Result TBI, Lower back injuries, TBI (traumatic brain injury) Resulted in Male, Being Unable to process Visual or Auditory Information unless confined to a singular event or space, Work processing disorder, Sleep Disruption, Black outs, and involuntary movements, as well as diminished fine motor skills. Through every process of the case, The Lawyer was Mindful and responsive to the needs of the male, He took his Ethics into account, and talked him out of suicide on several occasions, Recommended several Doctors that would help the male, Got the Drs approved by work comp, Helped the male to heal as much as he could over two years, Until a settlement hearing was convened, During the hearing the lawyer advocated for the male, and won the case. But the love and understanding and compassion of the office workers and staff at the law office was in-parallel to any, Respect and Honesty, the male had ever experienced. Hoggatt law office may not be able to take on all claims, Not because they do not want to. There passion lyes in Helping hurt people, recover, what was lost pre accident. They staff really cares and helps, the clients. In the end the male received just compensation for his injuries. Just know that this will not happen overnight, it can take years to get to that point, But Hoggatt law office will be with you every step of the way. Thank God For the compassion, love and understanding of Hoggatt law office, they are highly recommended to anyone with a serious Injury from Work, that was an accident.

My husband suffered a catastrophic work related injury in 2009 . I was scared and very worried about my family’s future. I was referred to Hoggatt Law from another attorney after getting hurt and operated on 2 times.
