Nick and his team are fantastic and really help you get the results youre looking for. Like many people, Im not disciplined enough to train on my own. Plus, at 50 (and any age) its easy to injure yourself if you dont know what youre doing. I needed the accountability and expertise of a trainer. And that is certainly what I got when I joined Afterburn Fitness & Performance Center. You feel motivated as soon as you walk in the door. Thanks to the team at Afterburn, Im getting in shape and I feel so much better than I have in many years. Tailor made work out sessions made to fit the ability and goals of each and every client. this is not your typical cookie cutter training facility. Clean, welcoming, and professional gym environment. Everyone who works here and trains here are part of one big happy family.

We provide 1 hour sessions as well as half hour sessions based on the clients assessment.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We provide everyone with 1 week of free personal training in order to achieve a complete consultation, fitness assessment and workout in order to create the clients program.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Nationally accredited certifications, CPR/AED/First Aid
