More than mouth watering food and delicious cocktails, we offer excellence in customer satisfaction. Our Menus are personalized and will be created specially for each customer. Our Caipirinhas and Mojitos will be the topic of many circle of conversation at your party. Chef Katlyn Duclerc is open to all cuisines and challenges, also being herself a talented Mixologist. Mixologist Danielle is a Bourbon Lover and known for the best Caipirinhas and Mojitos in town.

I could go on and on about how grateful I am that I selected the duclerc team for our event. Although it didn’t quite work out as planned she was professional, responsive and flexible as our other weekend was sabotaged by bad luck! If I could fly her out to Chicago for a weekend dinner I would!

This was one of the best menus we had our entire trip to homestead/Miami. The presentation was amazing and the food was delicious. Our group savored every minute and raved about the dinner!

Katlyn cooked a wonderful meal for me and some of my staff over the weekend while we were on a work retreat. Everything she made was delicious! She cleaned the kitchen when she was finished and packed and put away all the leftovers. We ate the leftovers for dinner the next day and it was even better. Highly recommend!!!!

Having a bartender was the best idea I've ever had, and I am so happy to have found this team! The communication was amazing, and they even gave me a list of items to buy for the amount of people we were expecting. Dani was on time despite torrential downpour! She was incredibly professional and kept the party "hydrated" all night! Everyone loved her and I will definitely have them assist with our next party! Thank you for the awesome time!

We had the absolute best time and meal with the Duclerc team! All of the dishes and the drinks that they made tasted amazing and they were so kind and thoughtful on all aspects. They brought everything they needed and the presentation was awesome. They even made a fun interactive smoked drink. I would 1000% recommend these ladies!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Bartender Rates: Under 50 Guests: $60/h for 1 Bartender 51 -100 Guests: $120/h for 2 Bartenders 101-200 Guests: $180/h for 3 Bartenders PS: We do not charge to bring our bar. We do not extra charge for parties where tip jars are not allowed. (Gratuities are optional and always appreciated)
