Introduction: As a life coach for over fifteen years, my life coaching methods teach clients about how to either communicate better, resolve conflicts, or move beyond roadblocks.Couples sometimes find that either family, children, in-laws or work gets in the way of intimacy or connection after time. I am a guide who believes that couples or people will find their way, once a person re-learns a different way with a new strategy in place. The tools I show you, and the rest is for you to use these methods for a lifetime. It is a good feeling when clients tell me a year later or months later how our sessions taught them about what to do when something comes up, or how to not run away from the conflict, or how to relate in a healthier way. Then I have done my job!
At times (being a certified Hypnotherapist,) I can use hypnotherapy for various issues (stress, to stop smoking, to prevent habitual overeating, to create calm, etc.) We make a plan together, based on what a client shares with me, and we move forward.
Before my husband passed away, we enjoyed over 35 years of a terrific, loving marriage. I learned a lot from him and I learned about myself. I do believe in love and I do believe part of loving someone is that they can truly get you upset at times, and how each of us works through the typical relationship challenges, it truly where the growth begins and how relationships can become stronger.
The most enjoyable aspect of coaching clients for me, is the guiding and learning of individuals or when I see couples connect. I find that when we are able to look within and do the work that it does take, incredible change takes place! This then opens up a person to communicate better in their life more consistently. I appreciate how the methods can be invaluable for many people. I enjoy life coaching tremendously.
