Introduction: In my pitching lessons I specialize in increasing velocity, promoting arm health, all aspects for sound mechanics as well as the mental side to sucess.
With hitting lessons we focus on all aspects of the swing, mental approach, balance, timing, increasing power, improving confidence, and getting the consistency to be successful at the plate.
I have had the pleasure to been around some of the best in the game and have taken their secrets so i can pass them along to the next wave of great ball player
I have spent my whole life playing Baseball. I have 12 years of college and pro experiance. I was drafted in 2004 by the Florida Marlins and played 7 years professionally. Some of the past athletes that I have coached have dramatically improved from not making freshman teams to starting at JV the next season.
I love seeing someone who was struggling now succeeding because they have applied the knowledge and skills that I have taught them.

Aaron is amazing. I told him exactly what I wanted to work on and in one session I made tremendous progress. He is very knowledgeable and a very good teacher. He had a great sense of humor and I had fun while I was learning. He was also very constructive and motivating!! I highly recommend Aaron to anyone who is looking to improve their skills. I am a softball player and he had no problem transferring his skills to meet my needs! I wish I could give more than 5 stars because he deserves it!
