FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge a flat fee per major project or hourly rate for minor projects. It all depends upon the project and how much original research and development must go into it.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we respond to a project please call us right away. We'll briefly discuss the broad expectations and requirements and then quickly develop a contract that spells out exactly what we'll do to meet your needs. We'll start the moment the contract is signed and we won't stop until it's finished! Expect and enjoy plenty of communication with us because it's much easier to do it right the first time than to do it again...
