- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do have some standard pricing but it is subject to change on a case by case basis. We always like to see your job in person as there are small subtle improvements that may need to be made that you may not be aware of. For a majority of jobs we can get you a written estimate within 24 hours, and usually the same day.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically will conduct a phone interview to get a good idea of what you are looking to do and we may ask you to send us some photos ahead of time. This way, when we come out to your property, we already have an idea of the scope of work, we can take measurements, discuss details, and quickly get you an accurate estimate.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been flipping houses for 5 years, running our remodels from start to finish and working with high quality subcontractors. We also have helped build homes with Habitat for Humanity and continue to volunteer on a weekly basis. Additionally, we are licensed realtors so we can give you a professional opinion on what styles and materials will increase your home value the most or make sure you make smart choices not to over-improve your property in case you wish to sell in the future.
