They quoted me a flat rate price for the square footage. They got to the house and made no comment about price change. Then at the end they demanded an extra $20. If someone misquotes fine, be candid with me and let me know so we can figure it out in advance. But after the fact to demand money more than you negotiated not okay. I would rather pay someone way more than this that I could trust. Left a massive pile of dust. Nasty attitude

We are very sorry for the over charge, what happen was that the maids did not pay attention to the information sent that your house was a flat rate and they charged by the hour which is our usual way of charging for a first time customer. We already cut the check with the refund of the over charge to be sent today to your address. We apologize for the inconvenience once more.

The maids showed up 20 minutes early and that was OK. They cleaned efficiently and mostly thorough. Very pleasant. However there is one glitch.Today I noticed pink mold in the grout under the faucet in the shower. If it was sanitized it should not have appeared in just 2 days.
