I bring a very transparent and service oriented approach to my work. I always start with what customers want to get out of my service and work from there. If we mutually agree on the end result and process and it’s a good fit, we move forward. If not, we don’t. I’m a straight shooter that wants to honor those I work with above myself. Helping people and getting others their desired results is my main focus. If I don’t think I can operate with excellence in a given scenario, I won’t waste my time or yours. I enjoy using my past experiences to help people. Knowing that I’m assisting others in achieving their desired outcomes is what motivates me. I do what I do because it’s what I’m good at, what I’m gifted in, and what I’m called to do and I do it with excellence.
