Introduction: I am not satisfied in just getting paid when the job is complete. To me, it's not complete until the customer is 100% satisfied with everything -- the quality of my work, how my men keep the site clean and their attention to detail.
I enjoy people and am a people sort of person. Every project is different than the last. It's the need that the customers has and how my company can usually do it for less than my competitors as I have less overhead, and that means that I can meet or beat many other contractors. I employ great people and they also like their work and have a good work ethic.

Darrell has done several jobs for us. One especially great job was to put up a wall and door in a room to divide it into two rooms. He installed the drywall, door and trim, and finished them all. He had a special woodworker come in to cut the trim precisely and flawlessly. The paint and stain jobs were perfect, not messy or drifting into each other. You wouldn't know this wasn't original construction. He also did the job for about 20% of the cost of a bigger contractor. It's true that the bigger contractor was trying to do more, like put in an extra electrical switch, but we did not ask for that and did not need it. Darrell did just what we wanted, at high quality, without trying to add to it, for a great price. As I said, also, he has done other jobs for us and they have all been great.

Darryl has done a bunch of work for me at 3 of my rental properties. He does outstanding work at a very fair price. I would recommend Darryl to any of my friends / family.

Scheduled an estimate with him; he did not show and did not contact me regarding the missed appointment. Needless to say I would not utilize his services.
