- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every event is priced differently because we allow the customer to customize their menu for their special occasion. The goal is to work with the budget to achieve the customers dream.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to send a company packet with information. Then its time to arrange a sit down meeting to discuss the vision of the event for the customer. Then a plan evolves from there. From the venue, decor to the menu our goal is to make the vision come true!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended college at Purdue with a concentration in Organizational Leadership and Supervision. My experience in this industry began 20 years ago. Everything i have experienced in my past is why Simplicity Catering is successful today.
