- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is different from move in/move out cleaning than it is for reoccurring cleaning. Just ask me and I will tell you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I would like to meet with them and give them a quote in person. If that can't happen I would like to talk in the phone so that they could get a feel for who I am and who would be coming into their house.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
When I was younger I use to work with my mom doing the same thing during the summer. I have also worked in food service so I know what products go on what surface. I was also in the military where cleaning and tidiness is one of the number one goals for your rooms.
