- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I charge by the hour, and it is a standard hourly rate for most jobs. It will be a slightly higher hourly rate for one time cleaning jobs, or once monthly cleaning. But it will be the same rate for weekly and every two weeks.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?My process is to find out exactly what the customer wants, and then prioritize the steps to achieve the finished product. I am very flexible as far as cleaning products, etc.. I will work to achieve your desired end result.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Well, I actually have a Bachelor's degree in accounting, and have worked in accounting for 12+ years, as well as 14+ years in a medical office. I am pursuing a more flexible working schedule, and I enjoy cleaning, so having a cleaning business is the perfect combination for me.
