- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is a one year warranty of the system covering any adjustments and repairing any issues that may develop. First winterization is free.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I meet with the client for a walk through of the property to discuss any concerns they have, and what areas are to be watered. I email a quote within a few days of finishing a walk through. New customers with an existing system requiring a spring start up, I will run through the system and assess any issues needing repairs and make adjustments for effective coverage of the yard.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am IDEM certified to test all backflow devices, OSHA certified, and have completed all contractor courses relating to my field of work.
