very courteous and professional. arrived promptly and was flexible to work with my schedule. his work was just average. i hired him to re-grouting a shower floor and the grout color he brought was a little darker than existing grout and his work was not exceptional... i would say just "fine." not anything i would ask him to re-do, just not the tidiest grout job i have ever seen.
