It really wasn't complicate. The client received a quote for basic cleaning. A week prior to service being rendered. I arrived on the job site. 1 week after the quote as requested . After un-loading my equipment. The client decide to up -grade from basic to spring cleaning. The price was adjust. The client didn't have a problem about the increase in fee.
