- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is all relative to the exact needs and means of a customer. Standard pricing for big parties that give us more free range of menu are from $10 to $15 per person. Pricing of every service is negotiable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our very first goal is to get to know our customer by getting an understanding of their needs, wants, flavor profiles, type of event, budget, and overall goals for the event. Ensuring the customer is a part of the process through every step is an essential part of our process. From conception ideas to the end result, our goal is your satisfaction.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our owner, Samantha Rennels has been in the food and service industry for 16 years. She learned many things through this experience from food to drinks and customer service. As a mother of three she made it her mission to create healthy comfort foods that even the pickiest eaters would approve of. Her love of food and family helped her delve into the culinary world. Catering was a natural progression from being a personal meal prep cook. Her favorite thing is to teach others how to enjoy and prepare food they love that is also good for them. However, one of the most fun things about creating different catering menus for her is getting to give others the fun guilty pleasures that come with great party food.
