- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our service charge is $55.00 to come out and diagnose/troubleshoot system in question, all repairs will be discussed with homeowner prior to repairs being made. If your wanting your system replaced and need someone to come out for a bid then we can come out free of charge to evaluate replacement options. All manufactures have different tier levels of equipment and efficiency ratings, pricing can have dramatic differences from builder models to high end superior models. We have extremely competitive pricing for the exceptional quality of work performed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The biggest part of working with new customers is building a relationship, I want the customer to understand that I'm there to cater to the needs of their issues so they can be resolved in a timely and efficient manner. Building trust with a customer is a key part of having a good relationship.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Graduated from Lincoln technical institute with honors, certificates including universal EPA, R410a, heat pumps, variable speed motors, inverter driven motors, communicating systems, 90% condensing furnaces, XL model Trane systems with XL950 T-stats, multi stage systems, Honeywell controls & zoning, EWC controls & zoning, load calculating & air duct design.
