FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We rent our 12 cubic yard dumpsters for $348. This includes expert drop off and pick up, 3 days rental and up to 4000 lbs of debris. Of course, we cannot handle hazardous waste and we have to follow federal regulations prohibiting us from picking up a handful of other materials, but don't let that scare you. We pride ourselves on being able to haul nearly everything including construction debris, yard waste, e-waste, furniture, small appliances, TVs, trampolines, hot tubs, mattresses, and too much else to list. Give us a call and let us help set up the best service for you!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always start by listening to the customer. We want to hear your concerns and answer questions upfront to the best of our ability. From there we can determine together what service best fits your needs. Do you want to just point and our crews will do the dirty work - great! We have crews trained and ready to tackle any job no matter the size, type of debris, etc. But maybe you'd rather work at your own pace, do the work yourself and have a little more independence and flexibility built into our services. If that's the case, have we got a deal for you! Our 12 cubic yard dumpsters are perfect for most of our customers and our crews are trained on how to get the dumpsters in and out of tight spaces without damaging your property. Give us a call and let's figure out how best we can serve you!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
While there are no degrees in Junk Hauling that we know of yet, we do pride ourselves on training our guys in everything from customer service, to the math and geometry needed to calculate estimates and fill a truck efficiently. We operate an apprentice type system where our new employees are paired with our most experienced drivers and navigators for intense on the job training. Our guys know this business inside out and are here to help you!
