- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a standard service fee for checking the system to diagnose the problem. Then we give Up Front Pricing with no hidden fees before any repairs are performed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typicaly like to get to know the customer. What temperature settings make the family comfortable. If any rooms are hotter or colder than others. We take a quick look at the installation of the system so we can more accurately and efficiently address the customers concerns. Whether it be a repair issue, regular maintenance, air balancing or new replacement. It's always best to start with the big picture in mind.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
1. State of Texas HVAC contractor licensing course. 2. Yearly continuing education classes. This keeps us up to date with the newest products, equipment and techniques from all of the different manufacturers. 3. EPA certified. 4. 10 years experience with maintenance, repairs and installation.
