FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am always willing to negotiate on price because I am in the business of helping people and do not want to have price hinder that. Although, with that being said, I know I provide an excellent service and I ask a fair price. There are monthly discounts when working with me and the more sessions you sign up for at a time, the greater the savings.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Training - I place them through my onboarding process which consists of a survey, along with a physical assessment completed by the client. I then take all this information along with their goals, needs, hindrances, and find the best plan of attack. I send workouts via an app that I work with, one month at a time. I follow-up on a weekly basis and adjust the workouts as needed. Coaching - Every coaching client is different with different needs and circumstances. Do to this, we normally just start with an email, followed by a phone call to divulge some more information. I like to have my clients take a few tests in order to find out more about their personality, how they think, operate, and view daily life. Armed with this information, we then formulate an appropriate plan of attack together.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
