FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We will give an estimate before starting the job. The estimate does not change (ex: we don't start the job and then try to charge you more) We also have a 5 year warranty against leaks due to workmanship.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Step #1: We will need to measure the home and color match the gutters to the house color. We will also discuss any drainage problems and answer any potential questions the homeowner may have. Step #2: Send the estimate to our customer Step #3: Upon approval of the estimate, we schedule the job where it is convenient for the homeowner. Step #4: Complete the job and receive payment Every home is different and each can present its unique challenges. Typically we can identify anything that may present a problem and talk this over with the homeowner during the estimate. Gutters have to do one thing.. Work. Secondary to that is they need to look good. A gutter that works good but does not drain water is essentially non functional. If we come across an issue where appearance may be an issue, we will talk this over with the homeowner first. Again, it has to work above all else.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We mainly work with residential homes.
