- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Non-Holiday Rates Dog Boarding: $30 per night ($10 per additional dog, $40 for puppies, $15 pick up rate) Cat Boarding: $20 per night ($5 per additional cat) Dog Drop-In Visits: $18 per 30 minutes (additional dogs are free) Cat Drop-In Visits: $20 per 30 minutes (additional cats are free) Doggy Daycare: $28 per day ($7 per additional dog, $40 for puppies) Dog Walking: $20 per walk (no charge for additional dogs if they can be walked at the same time. $6 for additional dogs that need to be walked separately)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It's beneficial for me, the customer, and the pet if I can gather as much info as possible on your fur baby in order to provide the highest quality care. Before care taking, customers will fill out contact information, emergency contact and vet info, and general questions about your animal's normal behavior.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Working in an animal hospital provided opportunity to work with all kinds of dogs, ranging from different breeds and sizes. I also worked with a range of cats, ranging in temperament and have helped care for a boarded savannah cat.
