Chef Joe provided lunch for our company for about 2 weeks. His flexibility was so helpful, he was able to come out on short notice and stay late when we needed him. His set up was always done perfect and had so many options! His hospitality was just outstanding and you can tell he really enjoys what he's doing, which shows in his food too. The brisket, ribs, and devils food cake were my favorite but everything was amazing! We will absolutely be using his services again! Thanks Joe!

excellent meal and service especially given the short notice when placing the order. Chef Joe was extremely professional and seemed genuinely concerned about the success of the dinner. We are not going to charge you for things that you "simply" don't need, we will BEAT, any "price quote', that you receive, without sacrificing quality, we rely on repeat business!!! So we want a BIG Smile on your face when we complete your request!!!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I listen to their needs,and do my Absolute Best to accommodate them, I'll also give suggestions that they may not of thought was possible!!!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have two degrees in Culinary, as well as one degree from a Chef's Institute, moreover, I have well over 30 yrs.in the Culinary Industry!!!
